1. Inspector and Plan Review candidates must be well versed in the Uniform Construction Code (UCC), state laws and the process for the issuance of permits and Certificates of Occupancy as it relates to code compliance. Multiple UCC certifications are required in either commercial and/or residential disciplines, electrical a plus.
2. Sewage Enforcement Officer (SEO) applicants must be certified by the Department of Environmental Protection and have at least two (2) years of practical field experience as an SEO.
3. Zoning Officer candidates must have experience in planning, zoning, and development activities for a municipal government and have at least two (2) years of experience in this role. 

All candidates must possess computer skills and the ability to organize and manage their priorities. Applicants must also demonstrate the ability to maintain professional working relationships with CodeMaster colleagues and customers.
